- 1 bunch of Mustard Greens finely chopped
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- ½ red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 whole dry red chilli
- Pinch of asafetida
- 2 cloves of garlic chopped
- Cooking oil
Method:
- Heat oil in a skillet.
- Add garlic pieces, asafetida, dry red chilli and chilli flakes
- Add chopped Mustard Greens. Stir fry well. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.
- Cook covered till it is tender ( do not add water).
- Take out in a serving dish.
- Eat with hot roti.

Mustard greens are pungent but high in Vitamin A and Vitamin K.
